Surface treatment

One of ROTO's core activities is the surface treatment of steel. The combination of galvanising and powder coating of steel, known as the Duplex system, ensures a long service life and, moreover, gives the steel a beautiful appearance.

Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard, Verzinkerij Kampen, Verzinkerij Wolvega and Centrzink Wolvega are specialists in the hot-dip galvanising of steel. Properly galvanised materials are durably protected against all kinds of weather conditions.

Poedercoating Heerhugowaard, Poedercoating Hoogeveen and Poedercoating Wolvega have both specialised in the powder coating of steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The materials can be spray-painted in any desired RAL colour, giving them a beautiful appearance. In addition, the coating layer provides extra protection, which considerably extends the lifespan.
