Every accident is one too many. At ROTO we are keen to continuously improve our safety culture. With the help of dss+ we will eventually be able to report a safety index of zero throughout all Business Units.

All members and stakeholders within the ROTO Ecosystem have an interest in ROTO and directly affect, or are affected by, each other. Hence, they all pursue added value for their collective goals. This is why we believe that we should take good care of this ecosystem and its stakeholders. In this article, we will give some examples of how we do this.

The family of our Business Units keeps on growing, but sometimes our own family at the ROTO headquarters grows a little bit too. We are happy to announce two great additions to our ROTO team: Guus & Jacqueline. In this article, we gladly introduce them to you.

All of our Business Units have their own identity. They focus on their core business and operate autonomously. At the same time, they are part of our Family Group and find it important to work together as ROTO in this group.
